Correção de Texto: moral damages

Whenever a employee is falsely acused of wrongdoing by his boss, for exemple, steal, he must receive a compensation for moral damages, since the severity of the crime he was acused. Based on this undeertending the TST refused the review appeal from a company against the sentence imposed by the labor court to pay the amount of R$ 5 mil as a compensation to the former employee.
