"My last weekend was very good because Saturday was a holiday. I went to the Spiritualistic Fraternity in the afternoon. I watched a lecture about sexuality then I studied The Spirit Book, afterwards. Saturday night, I went to the movies with my girlfriend and my friends and we went to a pub. We left the pub very late. Sunday I woke up very early and went to the Spiritualistic Fraternity again, to sell clothes and shoes. I had lunch with my family and then we watched TV. In the afternoon, I took the bus to Uruaçu, it was a good trip. I arrived in Uruaçu and went to my apartment. I studied english and I went to bed very late."
OBS: Fique atento às preposições (to, for, in, on), que muitas vezes confundem. Você só pode usar o "for" antes do verbo, se o verbo vir no gerúndio (final 'ing') após essa preposição. Por exemplo: I went to (...) for selling clothes and shoes. Note que o verbo 'selling' não está como "vendendo" e sim como 'vender'. O continous só aparece se for precedido por verbo to be (is/are/was/were).
