It has a the original sence of caracterize and distinguish, but now is always linked with a product or service provided by a company. In the world of work quality is related with the level of satisfaction of the customer toward a product or service.
To determine the customer satisfaction, it is necessary considerate that when they buy something, they expect a product or service which work perfectly and attend to their necessity. Exemple: Turn on a domestic appliance. Eat a good dish at a restaurant. In this cases, the focous is on the characteristics of the products and them represent the satisfaction and necessity of the customers.
