Correção: "We need to approve the new guidelines..."

The statement is: "Now, share your own experience about managing a project."

We need to approve the new guidelines in our company by the end of this year. It might give us greater coverage in terms of marketing, besides making the coming projects feasible when it comes of governmental funding. In addition, our sales policy needs to be reviewed regarding its overrun year after year and given its low profits.

Note: as you can see, my text went off topic to some extent.

I'd like to know if I made any mistakes or if I can improve my text above in some way.
