Deny x Decline x Refuse (negar em inglês): Qual a diferença?

they are all saying "no" but...
"DENY" is to say "no, I didn't do it", "no, it wasn't me"
e.g. The man denied stealing the money.
You can't deny you are a bit lazy sometimes.
"DECLINE/REFUSE" are synonyms and they are used when someone offers you something or asks you to do something and you say "no".
e.g. The company offered me a new position but I declined.
When the robbers demanded his money he refused.
