É correto dizer "Thanks for reminding us"?

Se eu quero falar "Obrigado por nos lembrar" (quando alguém lembra outra de um pagamento á ser feito ou uma coisa á ser feita). Eu digo "Thanks for reminding us" or "thanks for reminding us of that?" Ou tem outra forma.

In your case - "thanks for reminding me/us of the bill to pay".

You are struggling to recall a description, definition, word, etc, then someone 'rescues' you by saying it, then you say "thank you for reminding me."
In another context, in the middle of the conversation 'wedges' a topic or a question, then you say "thank for bringing this up".
Now sarcastic: "thanks for reminding me that my goat died in my arms."
In your case - "thanks for reminding me/us of the bill to pay".
