I'de like to introduce the expression: white-collar crime.
If you try to translate it into portuguese you'll get the meaning easily. But, instead of it, let us try to understande it thru the dictionary definition. The Free Dicrionary definition is below.
White-collar crime: crimes committed by white-collar workers
White-collar worker: someone who works in an office, doing mental rather than physical work
A more academic description:
"...the term today generally encompasses a variety of nonviolent crimes usually committed in commercial situations for financial gain."
