Pelo que eu entendi, um cara olha a mulher sem roupa, aí ela diz isso pela expressão dele. Ajuda?

Context is everything, though, because "catching flies" means both when someone´s mouth drops in surprise but it also means when someone sleeps with his mouth open (and perhaps in boredom...)
