Find two words for doing things. - Tradução em português

Perhaps it is to find two other words to mean that word , e.g. Screw - whilst/twist etc...

As in "the clip has one end where a wire is screwed (twisted) into place whilst the other end can be clipped or unclipped as needed."

And deceive/take advantage/bamboozle/fleece, etc:
J.D. Tells TMZ Sports he meant Kaep was screwing up the owners' money, not the money for black QBs.

I was completely screwed by my business partners. They raised millions of dollars and stabbed me in the back in the process.

Or, they really want two words to mean it: got screwed/being na*ghty/

A pergunta é muito mais simples do que você imagina. O livro pede apenas para encontrarmos, na lista, duas palavras utilizadas for doing things.

Em outras perguntas, por exemplo, é pedido:
- "five words for people" = housekeeper, governess, master, servant and stranger
- "one word for a strong feeling" = anger

Minha dúvida é como traduzir for doing things e quais seriam essas duas palavras que se enquadrariam na resposta.

Then "for doing things" would mean the words used "para (significar) fazer coisas". You can think of it as "two words that can be used to work as verbs" (duas palavras que podem ser usadas para funcionar como verbos).

Hum, entendi. Então, dentre elas, temos blow, stare e screw (a pergunta deve ter pedido só 2 porque no livro screw foi usado sempre como substantivo).

Could be. You are right on that one, the three can work as a verb, so even without "screw" the remaining two would suffice.
