Mind you - Tradução em português

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a translation of the expression "mind you" to Portuguese but I can't find it anywhere.

For an example of sentence: "He's very well dressed, but mind you, he's got plenty of money to buy clothes"

I try to figure out for myself what would be the better translation and I came up with the use of the word "Também" as interjection. So the sentence would be translated this way: "Ele está muito bem vestido. Também! Ele tem bastante dinheiro para comprar roupas"

I don't know if this is the exact translation so I wanna know if you guys have another translations.
