I need your help. I got stuck in the last part of this paragraph:

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS -- While Americans are used to getting straight to business — often over the phone — most foreign countries require serious relationship-building

That's what I did:

CONSTRUA RELACIONAMENTOS -- Enquanto os americanos estão habituados a ir direto ao assunto – muitas vezes pelo telefone – a maioria dos países estrangeiros requer serious relantioship-building.
