Pessoal,

No filme "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines", encontramos o trecho a seguir:

"He's the only one who ever could."
"We have to get to him before the T-X does."
"Negative. I cannot jeopardize my mission."
"This is your mission, to save people!"
"My mission is to ensure the survival of John Connor and Katherine Brewster."

Escolha a opção que melhor traduz a frase "I cannot jeopardize my mission".

A. Eu não posso continuar a minha missão.
B. Eu posso pôr em risco a minha missão.
C. Eu não posso pôr a minha missão em risco.
D. Eu posso finalizar a minha missão.

Wow! after having read the general directions, I went to the radio buttons and hit the right one, without even checking it out beforehand (so I didn´t cheat).
Only to discover I was within the ...one hundred percent that jumped to that bandwagon! good for me. Notice that I didn´t say what the answer was, not to spoil the fun! he he.

Oh, maybe it was out of haste, I had answered in a jiffy so I picked B.
Now, I reread and only then " I CANNOT jeopardize" caught my eye.

The thing is, dyslexic as I am, I previously read B as "Eu NÃO posso pôr em risco minha missão'' and C as "Eu não posso pôr a minha missão em risco." So I went for B, because I tought was more natural.

I have picked many wrong multiple choice questions, this way, by sheer lack of attention, but then it is not lack of attention...I just see one thing and read another, tricks of mind !
