Como conjugar alguns verbos

Boa tarde galera. Olhei bastante coisa aqui no fórum de vocês e gostaria de tirar algumas dúvidas sobre gramática.

Entrei no site verbix.com para aprender a conjugar alguns verbos e fiquei com determinadas dúvidas.

Por exemplo o verbo: TO GO

Enfim, desculpe pelo tópico desse tamanho, mas keria saber o significado dessas pequenas frase e se possível como seria para passar a forma negativa.
