Se eu quiser dizer facilita fazer biquinho antes de soprar ou tocar alguns instrumentos, que posso dizer? Pucker up? Ou Pucker up é só biquinho pra beijo?

Also, technically speaking, we can name it "embouchure", a term that sometimes musicians also talk about including (or not) lips positiions, tongue, chin, etc.
Other times they name it the mouthpiece itself, but then when there is not a mouthpiece the lips form a mouthpiece/embouchure (almost in a pucker as Correa has pointed out).
