Golpe em reação a golpe recebido.

No boxe: Counterblow
A blow delivered in reply to a previous blow by somebody else.
Ex.
He was facing a dilemma familiar to boxers : to land a decisive blow he would have to leave himself open to a decisive counterblow. (eng.ichacha.net)

And then there is the soccer/football counter-attack:
"when a team attacks immediately after regaining the ball from defending the opponent’s attack."

I couldn´t have put it better myself! And outside the realm of sports the word "countermove" could also be used.
It´s not related to boxing, but it may come in handy in other circumstances or events.
