Porém, gostaria de saber se existe algo usando o nome da pessoa, ex:
- João do céu! O que você fez?

In English there is a exclamation that express a meaning closer to that, it's the slangy "man!", but then the question would be "João do céu, o que você fez!".

Otherwise, it would be just a question (in English too - "what did you do?"

But then, interjection-wise, someone could use:
Man, what we've done? We drunk all night! (in general here, so not mentioning the name).

Then the use of "dude.../boy! /oh boy!/no no no no!, etc."

Joao, I can't believe you've done this! (it hurts, in disbelief or both).
Oh my Gosh, Joao, I can't believe you have done that again! (be aware that saying that can be offensive, specially in the UK if it's a teen referring to adults).
