Como dizer "Já faz algum tempo" em inglês

Hello guys, My name is Otávio. I always check the blog to see new tips and the forum to take out my doubts and only now I got courage to sign up.

As the title says I'm not sure how to say "já faz algum tempo" in English, I'm gonna give you some examples:

1 - E ai cara! Já faz/tem algum tempo que não te vejo! Onde você esteve?
2 - Já tem um bom tempo que não leio um livro.
