Como dizer "Período de Congelamento" em inglês

I'd like to know how to say that in English.

Let me explain which context I'd like: For example, in my company we have a period where we can't have any update and change on the systems, applications and everything that's related to IT and in production, so it usually takes place at the first week of each month where happen the monthly closing, so it's the "periodo de congelamento".
