I'd say: skip stages

You can't skip stages when it's time to regain your health.

Hope it helps.
Regards!
I'm not sure about the meaning of "jump to conclusion" but I think it is "precipitar-se". It's possible use it in this case, isn't it?
Eu acho que seria melhor "skip step", pois em varios jogos de video game sempre tem um tutorial, e em alguns tem a opção de "skip step", ou "skip tutorial", ou "skip to next step", então para sua frase eu acho que poderia ficar assim:

You can't skip steps when it's time to regain your health.
Israel,

I couldn't find a good example on Google that fits the idea of my phrase, but I think your suggestion is correct in some cases. Thanks.

Paulo,

I don't think "jump to conclusion" can be used in this case. Thank you, anyway.

Jean,

I found good examples on Google that fits perfectly. Thanks a lot.

My phrase (any improvement would be appreciated):

You can't skip steps while regaining health.
Should I use " jump steps"?

You can't "jump steps"while regaining health.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.

How about a less literal translation: "there are no shortcuts".

Once I heard "There's no leeway when (doing sth)"; the meaning was something like "Não pode haver moleza qdo (fazemos tal coisa)". Would that fit here?
Maybe "There's no leeway when it comes to health" :?:

Flavia, it may be a subtle point but no leeway probably means no room to manouevre in a sideways directiom whilst other suggestions here fit the idea of moving in a forwards direction and somehow moving forward quicker

Thank you for clarifying that, Tim. Now I know how to use "leeway" properly.

Para mim, o melhor equivalente a "pular etapas" é mesmo "skip stages".

"You can't skip stages when it comes to improving your health."
Claudemir,

I didn't find any Google result as an example to illustrate how to use jump steps in a phrase. Thanks, anyway, my friend.

Tim,

Shortcut fits well, but on the context of the text as a whole the abstract idea of "steps" or "stages" fits even better. Thanks a lot.

Flavia,

Thanks a lot, Flavia. Even though there's no leeway isn't a translation to "pular etapas", it fits well to translate "não há espaço para", "não há flexibilidade para/em" which will enrich the Dude Spell's Unabridged Portuguese-English Dictionary For Dummies - 2nd edition.

The chain's other staple is its burgers, which are served up with a choice of 17 toppings (free, except for bacon and cheese) but there's no leeway when it comes to cooking time.

Musicians can differ about how to play something, but there's no leeway when it comes to playing rhythmically.

My rules are very simple and there's no leeway when broken.

Donay,

Every example I found on Google is on a specific context indicating a process that has stages, and not a general or abstract meaning. That's why I choose skip steps looking on the text as a whole. As always, thanks for your time and knowledge.

Hi folks,

Como traduziriam as frases abaixo, por gentileza?

- Essa é uma nova etapa em sua vida, que será marcada por muitas mudanças significativas.
- Sem dúvidas é uma nova etapa em sua carreira, mas ele tem todas as condições de vencer os novos desafios.
