Como dizer "Puxar a descarga" em inglês

Hi, everyone.

I know that 'puxar a descarga' is the word flush, but it refers to toilets. When someone just talks a lot of rubbish, you put your hand on ears and you say to yourself that you want to ''flush'' your ears. How can I say this in English ?
