Which is you car or which car is yours? Qual seria a correta frase para perguntar em Inglês? Se ambas estiverem corretas, há diferença entre as frases?

They are both correct and can be used interchangeably. It's also worth noting that if you say "which" instead of "what" it means you have specific options to choose from whereas "what" implies that you're asking of type of car someone has. I believe you're already aware of it though so I won't get further into it, but let me know if this explanation doesn't suffice so I can make it clearer with some more examples.

Which is your car? Or which car is yours? Suggests you have two or a few options. In Portuguese "qual o seu carro?"
Dada a escolha entre duas opções, por exemplo apontando para dois carros, que poderiam ser de cores ou marcas diferentes - para efeito de exemplo aqui.
What is your car? What was your first car?...with WHAT is a general question one would ask (as in Portuguese "qual é o seu carro?" (geralmente tendo em mente qual o tipo, marca). Another way to ask that would be "what make is your car?" but then it would narrow the options a little bit.
