Como dizer "Sobrou para..." em inglês
How should I say it,like:A Dilma perdeu a eleição agora sobrou pro Serra a confusão.
Or: O bebê fez caca agora sobrou pro pai.The baby made the dudy now it's up tp the father.This "Up to" is not what seems like for what the phrase is trying to reach.
Or: Nossa,tô tão cansado,pois sobrou pra mim todo o trabalho.

Bruno,
Creio que a melhor opção seja o "up to" sim, porém ele necessita de complemento. Veja que mesmo em Pt esse complemento tá implícito, ainda que oculto.
O bebê fez caca, agora sobrou pro pai (limpar a caca!)
... now it's up to Serra to handle all this mess;
... it's up to the father to clean the "caca";
... I'm so tired because now it's up to me to do all the job (alone).

My suggestion:
To be left holding the baby.
Bye!
To be left holding the baby.
Bye!
minha sugestão:
to be left with the responsibility of resolving a problem
O bebê fez caca agora sobrou pro pai.
The baby pooped and the father was left with the responsability of cleaning him up.
Nossa,tô tão cansado,pois sobrou pra mim todo o trabalho.
Geeeez..I'm so exausted, I was left with the responsability of doing the job
