a palavra existe em inglês também "superficial", e a letra 'c' se pronuncia como 'sh'. "Shallow" também serve, mais no sentido de uma pessoa que falta inteligência.

Mas quis deixar umas outras possibilidades de superficialidade:
Skin-deep: Her beauty is only skin-deep. (A beleza dela é superficial apenas.)
