Como melhorar o meu listening

im pretty sure i had already sent this question,but i couldn't find the topic.Anyway,i watched a video of someone that i just can't remeber the name but was very famous here at EE.And i understood 90% what he said,but there's others video's also in english that i can't undestand even 30% =\ i don't know if had words that i don't know,or they say it in a different way or im stupid but i'd like to have some help to what should i do to get better in my listening.
