Correção de "texto em inglês sobre software"

Boa tarde!

Estou desenvolvendo um software, na verdade já está pronto, porém preciso de uma ajuda para revisar o texto que fornece as instruções, se alguém puder me ajudar a identificar alguma incoerência. Segue o texto:

1 - Select the work fluid in the first drop down box. Thermo Finder was designed to operate with four different kinds of fluids: Ammonia, Propane, Refrigerant R22, Refrigerant R134a and Water.

2 - A state is defined by two intensive properties, one of them must be independent. In the second drop down box, just below the first, you must select the two types of input properties.

3 - Type values ​​in both blank boxes and hit the button "Find". The other thermodynamics properties will appears in the gray boxes.

Messages that may appears on the screen:

1 - "Out Range"
This means that the typed value is not in the tables.

2 - "" is not a valid float point value"
Before you hit the button the boxes should contain numbers.

3 - "Fluid or Intensive Properties were not select. You must select before press Find Button."
