Language is something unique from human-beings. Any human is able to produce articulated language. There are several languages grouped among different countries. Anyone is able to learn a foreign language because of our capability of establishing meanings. We can study scientifically the languages by thinking about the social phenomenon of the language, Dismissing from the common sense, taking the right subject position, etc. Linguistic is what study the human verbal language, as of its spoken or written manifestation. The language or tongue, both are alives and keep changing over time. When we are born, we find the languages already done, all we have to do is simply learn it. When we cease to exist, the languages will keep available for others to learn.
