If x Whether: no discurso indireto (reported speech)

Could you help me, please?

The sentence "Would you like to go out tonight?", in indirect form could be:

He asked whether she'd like to go out that night.

and

He asked if she'd like to go out that night.


My question is:
Could I use both indirect form or no?
