Neither...Nor: Como utilizar?

Hi guys! That's me, again! Please, take a look at this sentence:

"My father doesn't look his age and neither does my mother"

How can I say it in other words?

Neither my father nor my mother looks her age ?

I saw that, when using this structure, we have do pay attention in the second "part". For example, in this case, "my mother". The verb, then, needs to be in singular. Well, I don't know if I'm right. I was wondering if somebody could help me.
