Estava assistindo Supernatural e um personagem chamou o Dean de Dean-o, fui pesquisar mas não consegui achar nada.

My first educated guess is that -O would mean 'O, shorten for "of" as in Dean O'Gorman, Dean O'Farrel, etc.
Another theory of mine is that it could be "Deano" diminutive of Dean, only with a pause before the O, Dean-o.
One more possibility is that it could mean some kind of entity, inspired by the Roman goddess Diana.
As it is about supernatural things, could be one of these possibilities, or also some more subliminal language the author might make use of.
