Churn - churning knowledge - Tradução em português

Olá, pessoal!
Preciso traduzir o termo "churn" nessas duas expressões: "Speak, churn and become the embodiment of knowledge..." (= Fale, churn e torne-se a corporificação do conhecimento...); e "If there is the churning of knowledge, there won´t be anything wasteful" (= Se houver o(a) churning de conhecimento, não haverá nada inútil".
