Couch-potato - Tradução em português

Take a look at this.

Someone out there is reading my couch-potato mind: There's now a pill that mimics (some) of the effects of exercise. The key here, of course, is "some of the effects." Sadly, it appears that I might not be able to cancel my gym membership just yet.

I have found out the following definition for couch-potato.

couch-potato= A person who spends a lot of time sitting or lying down, often watching television, eating snacks and drinking alcohol.

Funny! Is there any word in Portuguese for that?
