because it's limited to use for supermarket business.
Henry, if the sentence in the title was on an adhesive stuck on a car, could we just write on it "for [the name of the supermarket] business"? Thanks.

Simon, it depends a little on what is the exact message you're trying to deliver. Is the vehicle just making deliveries, for instance? Is the supermarket promoting a service that sets them apart from the competition? Or are they trying to eliminate personal use of a business vehicle? Or is it to simply advise other drivers/pedestrians of the reason they're being inconvenienced by a truck on their street, etc?

On unmarked government vehicles we often see a simple sign: "On Police / Government / Official Business", so they don't get ticketed for parking illegally.

For other purposes, you might see "On Delivery for Sam's Supermarket".

It would make sense to know more precisely the reason(s) for the "announcement" so as to tailor the message accordingly.
Henry, you've already answered my question bebause I'm referring to a vehicle that is put at the disposal of a court and another one that delivers table water to a mall. So the sentences would be written as follows, wouldn't they?

On Demóstenes Vera's Court business.

On delivery for Tacaruna Mall.

"Exclusive service use only"?

On Demóstenes Vera's Court business.

On delivery for Tacaruna Mall.
Se este é o nome, "Forum Juiz Demóstenes Batista Veras", do tribunal, não empregue o possessivo (soa errado). Melhor seria

"In Service for the Forum Juiz Demóstenes Batista Veras" (não traduza o nome oficial)

Pode minimizar o nome, se quiser, mas mantenha-o em um formato adequado em português:

In Service for the Forum Juiz Demóstenes" (or)

No mínimo:
On Court Service (or)
On Court Duty

O segundo para o Mall fica bom.
