How can I say: Ela me deixou chupando o dedo ( No sentido de que ela te deixou na mao, na saudade, te deixou a ver navios )
È melhor deixarmos pra outro dia ( We'd better set another day )
Mas eu gostaria de saber se tem algo mais literal para a frase acima

Se a frase : "She doesn't eat anything" means ( Ela nao come nada )
Como eu diria: Ela nao come qualquer coisa!!!! ( No sentido de que ela é seletiva com a comida )

"É melhor deixarmos pra outro dia" = "We'd better postpone until next week/month/etc.", or "Can I take a rain check on that?"
"Ela não come qualquer coisa" = "She is a picky eater"
Evite traduzir as frases do inglês para o português literalmente. É um péssimo hábito para o aprendizado de inglês.
