Eu uso o schism.
V quer cismar no sentido de 'se preocupar' ou 'desconfiar'?
No sentido de que você fica com aquilo na cabeça e não consegue tirar, como se fosse uma dúvida. Não tem nada a ver com preocupação ou desconfiança.
