E o nosso "ahã" ou "aham" significando confirmação (sim, tá, Ok, tô ligado...), som nasal. Como fica em inglês?

Ex.: Só há bagulho aqui. - Ahã! Mas, talvez a gente possa achar algo aproveitável.

2 - Ahem - Used to attract attention or to express doubt or "warning".

"Gotcha and I gotcha are relaxed pronunciations of "I got you" or "I've got you", usually
referring to an unexpected capture or discovery".

Esse "ahem" é aquele som que fazemos pela garganta para chamar a atenção, é diferente do "aham" com significado de "sim". O certo serua "uh-huh" ou algo parecido.

E como ficaria o "ãã", que usamos para dizer "não"?

My mother was (still is) an expert at using "Uh-huh" on the phone. She could talk to somebody for ten minutes or more without saying anything else.

The negative "uh-oh" has a totally different intonation and stress pattern.
uh-huh is a rising tone with emphasis on the second syllable
uh-oh goes up and then down often with equal stress on both syllables

The negative "uh-oh" usually indicates that something bad is about to happen, e.g. when anopthe person turns up and their arrival is "bad news"
