Donay Mendonça's suggestion is far, far better. You might also say that "we didn't get along well".
"I did not like his guts/he didn't like my guts" is incorrect use of the expression. This expression is used to express hatred (odio) and is used exclusively with the verb 'to hate', eg.
- I hate his guts
- They hate my guts
