Don't worry your pretty little head.
I would urge caution when using this sentence.

1. Do not use it in the workplace.
2. Never use it with a man.
3. It will likely be seen as condescending by women, unless they are in love with you.

Is that the same feeling that "não esquenta a cabeça" has in Portuguese?
In which situations does one say it and to whom?

Hi Mary,

In Portuguese people say it informally, especially to friends when they´re worried about things you don´t consider important.

Hi folks

Although "Don't worry your pretty little head" is a bit condescending, I don't think people would usually get upset about it because it is a fairly well-known expression.

Sugestões "Não esquenta a cabeça"
Don't worry.
Relax.
No need to get worked up
No need to get in a tizz about it
No need to get stressed.
