Minha dúvida é sobre esse "Que" que a gente tem no começo de algumas frases em português quando queremos expressar desejo. Pesquisei no Google tradutor mas ele não convenceu e não consegui achar uma resposta em outros sites.
Esse "Que" tem algum equivalente no inglês?

In English, we can leave out the word to "que". Actually, it's about usage, but sometimes it's used:
God bless you.
I wish you a good trip.
I hope you have an excellent stay here
With that said, we hope that you have the time to read most of this manual.
Of course to a question, like "what is your wish to the next term?", you could answer "...that the content of the classes is more challenging."
I mean, if you could answer with "what I wish is that the content of the classes is more challenge challenging." then you may use "that" in the beggining of the sentence (omitting the rest).
