Either "all the people" or "all these people" -- but "everybody" really works better here, I think.

This is one case where you probably wouldn't want to use "wearing the same pair of shoes." And you correctly didn't want to go for "same pairs of shoes," which would have sounded strange. You're probably better off with "the same shoes" since "pairs" is not important here.

You see? Everybody wearing the same shoes! It's a fad!

(Don't mind me, I got up today with my editor's cap on and nothing better to do until Canada vs USA later today.)
