Correção de frase em inglês com Pronomes reflexivos

Hi everyone!

I'm new here.
I was trying to translate this sentence correctly, I still feel unsure everytime I do that...

"Leve em conta que você tem de se preparar muito bem para os exames finais"

"Take into account that you must prepare yourself very well for the final tests."

That is right? There's another way to say it?
