Coversation group - hints and new ideas

Hello folks!

I've been studying english aronud one year and a half, in an english school... and i would like to create a conversation group with my classmates and the ones who are interested in it... so, I have some doubts about how to organize this, 'cause there are many levels of learners and stuff... you know... I up to receive some hints in this field and I appreciate new ideas...
