Prepositions when talking about systems

Hi!

I never know when to use "in" or "on" when talking about systems.

For example:

- You can search it on the XKARS system. / You can search it in the XKARS system.
- I uploaded all documents on XKARS. / I uploaded all documents in XKARS.

Could you help me, please?
