Savvy, Ability e Skill: Diferença

What's the difference among "savvy, ability and skill"? For me it's not clear once those words might be translated as "habilidade" in Portuguese. I've looked those ones up in the dictionary from Oxford, but, for me, they don't have any difference among them. I don't know if I might use them like synonyms, but I've learned something about English: looks can be deceiving!
