Set up x Arrange: Qual a diferença

When should I use each one? For instance:

"Let's set up a time to chat."
"Let's arrange a time to chat."

Are they both correct? Do they mean the same thing?

Thank you in advance! ;)

They're pretty much the same thing in this example, Tiago. In other instances there may be some greater preference for one verb over the other, but I don't see any hard and fast rule.

It's as nouns that you may find a stronger distinction, such as in "flower arrangement," for instance, an established expression. And we can blame the interior decorators for that!
