To lead x Lead: Qual a diferença
"'You' Star Joanna Ortega To Lead in High School Drama..."

It's essentially future tense: "Joanna Ortega is going to lead" or "Joanna Ortega will lead" or "Joanna Ortega due to lead"
In headlines or announcements, there is an abbreviated form of English called headlinese, which frequently uses the infinitive as a future tense.
