First Couple Out - Tradução em português

I need of a help...
What means, in Portuguese the term:
"First Couple Out"
This term is a title of a Malcon Maclaren's song!
I can explan this situation: I've just been looking for it, in the site "Google Translate", but I hadn't none good result.
