It seems to me that some more context might help us figure out the first sentence.

As for the second sentence, one "breaks out" in a rash when affected with a skin eruption especially with one indicative of the presence of a particular disease.

Another exellent job, Marcio.

Marco, try "I don't break out." (You are explaining that you do not have an allergic reaction when something happens.) "I didn't break out." (You were exposed to something usually allergic, but you did not have a reaction to it.)

Macio was certainly correct about one meaning of "to break out". It's an expression often used with allergies. Another meaning is "to get, obtain, requisition, remove something from storage, etc."

Marco and Marcio are here. Let's break out the beer!
As soon as we saw the flames, we broke out the buckets and hoses.
Let's break out the cards and play some poker.

Yet another meaning is "to escape" (as from a jail, prison, etc.).

The prisoner has broken out of Cell 123.
Have you read "Breakout"? It's about men breaking out of a prison.
Hi folks,

I wasn't understand "break out" because I don't get (porque não entendi) I want only in the second, sorry to become confuse.

Thank you very much!
