What words replace "that" with meaning of "que"?

Usually I use "that" so many times in a phrase and this scenery repeat everytime and don't change. I'd like to know what that words you can replace for that (synonymous) and what are the most common situation in that "that" appear ? I'm also like that somebody correct my text, because this way I don't wrong so many this beginner mistake.

Minhas dicas Marky: No começo é natural a gente colocar that em tudo que é canto, conforme você for ficando mais familiarizado com inglês, você vai perceber naturalmente onde realmente é preciso usar o "that" e onde ele pode ser omitido.
Um exemplo:
I love the jacket that you wore yesterday - I love the jacket you wore yesterday. (Ambas corretas).
Em caso de substituições, você pode trocar por who(para pessoas)/which(coisas/objetos/animais)/where(lugares):
Exemplos:
The blonde girl is the one that played the piano = The blonde girl is the one who played the piano.
