In Rio a more natural way would be "comi mosca/bobeei/dei bobeira/desculpe, foi mal e outros". Here goes some ways to express those, beware the context, though : "I missed the boat/Sorry, I overlooked that/sorry I had overlooked that number, fact etc. (problaby your expression´s context fits here) or "You are right, I messed/mixed up there/I got it wrong. (if in a more informal way)
And others, let´s wait for them to come.

PPAULO, I thought of your last options too, but I believe they don't fit the context because of the meaning of the expression: to make a mistake unconciously. Perhaps I'm wrong.
According to my example, the teacher worked out correctly, but when he wrote down the number, he changed it. So he didn't mean to make this mistake.

Well, then there are plenty of ways to say that.
One of them could be:
"That´s right, I wrote down the wrong number/answer/result. It should be 557 instead of 575. Thanks Simon, for noticing."
