Eu não usaria a negativa nessa frase, porque é muito incomum dizerem assim. O mais comum é:
I still have a lot to live (for).

When you want to say that something happened at an unspecified time before now you should use The Present Perfect.
So, in this case I think you should say:
I haven't lived long enough.
